Lessons will take place using an online platform called Zoom. This offers simultaneous multi-cam viewing and high-quality audio, which greatly enhances the online teaching process. You can either download their app or use it directly on your browser. Zoom help video is here.

As a minimum, you will need a laptop or tablet with a built-in working webcam, microphone, and speakers as well as a good internet connection. To get the most out of lessons, a separate web-cam, and microphone are beneficial but not essential.

Lessons are supported by the use of an online notebook Cadenza, a web-based music app in the style of a week by week notebook to log lessons. It is also a great place to share videos, sheet music, charts, and audio. All students having regular lessons will be given a free login on their first lesson.
